1. Delivery areas and methods

Available destinations and delivery methods are shown at checkout. Customers must provide a complete delivery address in Algeria, a valid email address, and a reachable telephone number. We may request address confirmation before dispatch.

2. Order processing

Orders are prepared after confirmation through Shopify and are subject to product availability. The estimated delivery time, applicable charges, and available payment methods are shown before the order is submitted.

3. Shipping charges

Charges shown at checkout are based on the destination and selected method. No undisclosed delivery charge will be added after confirmation, except for a new service requested by the customer or redelivery made necessary by an incorrect or incomplete address, where permitted by law.

4. Order tracking

Use the Track Order section in our FAQ with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Customers signed in to a Shopify customer account can also view available order information in their account.

5. Delivery times and delays

Displayed delivery dates are estimates or agreed timeframes based on the information shown at checkout. Carrier, weather, operational, or address conditions may affect delivery. Contact us when an agreed delivery time has passed. Rights described in our Refund policy and under applicable Algerian law remain available.

6. Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please check the delivery address before submitting an order. If a parcel cannot be delivered because information is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact the customer where possible. Additional charges may apply only where permitted by law.

7. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Inspect the parcel promptly after delivery. Report any damage, missing item, or incorrect product with the order number, a description, and photographs. Keep the product and original packaging while the request is reviewed.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer right provided by Algerian law.
